  •   Stacy was fantastic. Thorough knowledge of the body, listened well and outstanding technique. I can't recommend her highly enough. I wish I could go back tomorrow but she's booked well ahead.

  •   Stacy has been the greatest contributor to my healing from a car accident where air bag deployment resulted in significant pain and injury to my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Prior to my accident I was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which the accident exacerbated, and the work she did on me gave me much needed relief. As I started to feel better, some days when I saw her she would ask 'how's your body', and I would say, 'eh, pretty good today'. And then she would put her finger on a spot and I would practically yell 'ouch'! She knows the body well, and she found congested areas on me that I wasn't even aware of until she touched me in that particular place--I call it the "Stacy poke"; when she would find one of these painful spots by simply putting her finger on it . I have been treated by Stacy for over a year and I am in much better condition, but still return monthly to make sure everything stays healthy. I greatly respect her knowledge and practice, and recommend her to anyone who is looking for significant improvement with their pain issues.

  •   Don't even read any of the negative reviews!!! The people who left them must be absolutely miserable people or are unable to follow simple instructions.
I had my first trigger point massage from Stacy yesterday. I immediately made another appointment and then went home crying, not because of pain but out of pure joy. Stacy, in 75 minutes, gave me more attention, expertise, therapeutic intervention and relief than I've received in 2 1/2 years. I've suffered with significant pain from piriormis syndrome. I have seen endless doctors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, sports medicine specialists and radiologists all who couldn't help.
Stacy intuitively knew what was wrong with me. She spent time "getting to know" my body and then went to work. She is amazingly strong, persistent, receptive and therapeutic.
At this point, I'd say Stacy is a miracle worker. I walked up my stairs last evening for the first time in years without pain. I slept through the night without pain. I got out of bed this morning without pain and have skipped my way through the day 90% pain free.
I appreciate Stacy's strict Covid policy. I appreciate her bare feet; I appreciate that she was dressed in clothes conducive to hard work; I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and determination. I appreciate that she is a tall woman with very strong hands and arms.
Stacy treated me with utmost dignity and respect; most importantly, she helped me! I couldn't be happier. I believe I'm on my way back to normal. It makes me cry!! Thank you Stacy!

  •   I have chronic back pain and a hard time finding relief. My appointment with the therapist here was SO helpful. They were very intuitive and got to the root of my muscle pain. They also gave me good recommendations for healing and pain management after. I have paid much more than $95 for an hour massage at this level of care and healing--definitely worth it!

  •   I found this place via Yelp. My shoulders and neck were so tight that I couldn't even move my head to the side.

I booked with this place because:
    1. They had a same day appointment
    2. I was able to book online
    3. They had a special for new clients - 60 minute trigger point for only $59

I got Jamie as a massage therapist and she was absolutely wonderful. I also added cupping ($10 extra) to my session. By the end of the appointment I was able to move my neck. I was still stiff and sore but better. As the day went on I noticed that I was getting better slowly. Two days later... I am still getting better.

This was my first time doing a trigger massage and I am hooked. It was better than any massage I have gotten and they really focused on the areas that were giving me pain. This is a massage where you can see the effects of it happen day after day.

I will definitely be back. It's a lot more affordable than traditional places so you can actually afford to do a massage more than a couple times a year.
