  •   I have just started attending Santa Rosa Medical Massage and have referred a lot of friends to the business. Stacy is a very kind person and her business is run well.

The pandemic has been a difficult time for all of us, and I appreciate the steps that the business has taken to keep clients and staff safe, especially since massage cannot be done at a distance. The communication about the COVID policies is well communicated, including in appointment reminder emails and a sign on the door.

There are a lot of different therapies offered, and I was able to get advice on what type of therapy may be best based on my specific needs. There was also a lot of communication before and during treatment regarding pressure preference and areas of focus, which is appreciated.

I had a great massage, and my partner did as well. He went for more specific pain due to repetitive motion and sports. He was unable to lift his arm above his head, but left with improved mobility and decreased pain. Stacy also gave him recommendations for reading materials to help with overall wellness.

The business is also currently offering free extern massages, which I think is fantastic because it helps new massage therapists with their career development AND is a great benefit to clients. Win, win!

  •   Over the weekend, I came to see Avocado for a neck/shoulder massage. For the last few weeks, I have been having really bad neck and shoulder pains that pulls up my jaw and into the back of the head. I also have been having dizziness especially when I'm on the computer at work which is not fun! Due to the Christmas weekend, there were not many places that offer acupuncture that was open. I found Santa Rosa Medical Massage on google and thought I'll give them a try.

    1. I love that you can book online - TONS of same day appointments.
    2. I love that there is a private parking lot so you don't have to park on the street.
    3. Clean facilities. Private rooms.
    4. Avocado took the time to LISTEN to me and get to know me and my pain before we began. She was taking notes the whole time.

Those were all big pluses for me. The massage was relaxing and I felt more at ease and grounded after. She gave some great pointers for my work station as well as work out tips at home. I felt she genuinely cared for my health and well being. Although sadly, my neck issue and dizziness did not get cured from this massage (I'm more messed up than I thought), I still recommend them for your injury needs.

  •   Don't even read any of the negative reviews!!! The people who left them must be absolutely miserable people or are unable to follow simple instructions.
I had my first trigger point massage from Stacy yesterday. I immediately made another appointment and then went home crying, not because of pain but out of pure joy. Stacy, in 75 minutes, gave me more attention, expertise, therapeutic intervention and relief than I've received in 2 1/2 years. I've suffered with significant pain from piriormis syndrome. I have seen endless doctors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, sports medicine specialists and radiologists all who couldn't help.
Stacy intuitively knew what was wrong with me. She spent time "getting to know" my body and then went to work. She is amazingly strong, persistent, receptive and therapeutic.
At this point, I'd say Stacy is a miracle worker. I walked up my stairs last evening for the first time in years without pain. I slept through the night without pain. I got out of bed this morning without pain and have skipped my way through the day 90% pain free.
I appreciate Stacy's strict Covid policy. I appreciate her bare feet; I appreciate that she was dressed in clothes conducive to hard work; I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and determination. I appreciate that she is a tall woman with very strong hands and arms.
Stacy treated me with utmost dignity and respect; most importantly, she helped me! I couldn't be happier. I believe I'm on my way back to normal. It makes me cry!! Thank you Stacy!

  •   Stacy was fantastic. Thorough knowledge of the body, listened well and outstanding technique. I can't recommend her highly enough. I wish I could go back tomorrow but she's booked well ahead.

  •   I have been going to Santa Rosa Medical Message for their Trigger Point Massage therapy for about 6 weeks and it has made such a difference in my shoulders and upper back.
I love that both Stacy and Jamie really listen to my needs and address those issues during my treatment. They are also great about giving me helpful tips/stretches I can take home with me to do until my next visit.
The environment is relaxing and comfortable and you really get your money's worth. I am done with traditional spa massages (that are two to three times the cost) that do little if anything to address my aching muscle pain. I love getting those knots and trigger points addressed head on by the staff at Santa Rosa Medial Massage!

  •   SRMM is amazing! I was not making any post surgery progress with shoulder range of motion, and Mariah saved me! I have had trigger point massage regularly to get functional again and I truly owe it to Mariah and SRMM! It has made my recovery actually happen!
